PURE Care

So the evening call can just be a call.

Nine medicines, four doctors, nobody holding the whole list. PURE Care will keep your parents' prescriptions, medicines and reports as one verified list — read by our care team, checked by a person, never acted on automatically. You stay in charge. We carry the admin.

Free to join. No medical advice. No automatic orders. Nothing shared, ever.

You're not disorganised. It is genuinely a lot.

  • Three strips that look identical

Same white foil, same small print, and the one that matters is the one nobody can name over the phone.

  • A prescription in handwriting nobody can read

OD, BD, TDS, 1-0-1 — and no one at the counter with time to explain it.

  • A report that says “mild hepatomegaly”

And no one to ask what that means until the next appointment, three weeks away.

  • A refill you remembered at 11pm

From another city, with the chemist shut and the strip already down to two days.

You're doing this alongside a job, children, and a life of your own. And if you're the one who always ends up doing it — you don't have to do all of it.

How it will work, from the day you join

  1. Send us a photo

Photograph a prescription or a lab report on your phone. That will be the whole of your job.

  2. A person checks it

We'll read it, and someone on our team will go over every line before it changes anything about your parent's medicines. Nothing will be automatic.

  3. You see one clear picture

One medicine list by time of day, reports explained in plain words, and a gentle sense of how they're doing — all on a single page.

  4. Refills, when they're due

We'll work out when each medicine runs out and ask you first. Nothing will ever be ordered without your go-ahead.

Ready for the next emergency. Not braced for it every day.

When something happens — a fall, a fever, a new consultant who asks “what is she taking?” — the answer is one current list, on your phone, in a form a doctor can read. Not a shoebox of strips, not four WhatsApp threads, not your best recollection at the admissions desk.

That is worth having on an ordinary Tuesday too. It is worth everything on the day it isn't ordinary.

What we will never do

These aren't positioning. Each one is enforced in the software itself, and was true before anyone asked.

  • We never place an order without you approving it, in writing, first.
  • We never make a medical decision. We organise and explain; your doctor decides.
  • We never share your family's information with anyone, and we never sell it.
  • We never delete a record. Everything stays recoverable.

Our story

We built PURE Care after doing this ourselves, badly at first, from another city, for a parent who deserved better than our scrambling. We know what the Indian medical system asks of a family, because we've been on the wrong end of it.

A stroke is not the end of it. A hospitalisation is not the end of it. They come through — with your love, and with someone else carrying the paperwork.

Whatever your relationship has been, they need you now, and you shouldn't have to carry it alone. Every family who has shared their story has shaped this. If you'd like to share yours, reply to the email we send when you join. A person reads every one.

Just need the medicines, at a better price?

Some families come to us only for the monthly medicine run. That's a complete service on its own, and it costs nothing to use — you pay only for the medicines.

Send us the prescription or the current list, and we arrange delivery. Where a lower-cost medicine of the same composition exists, we'll show you the option — you check it with your doctor before anything changes. Families often bring the monthly bill down this way.

You register directly with our pharmacy partner for this tier — we never see or handle that login, the same way we never ask for one anywhere else.

Questions people ask us

What is PURE Care?
PURE Care is a medication-continuity service for families looking after elderly parents in India. You send prescriptions and reports; our care team reads and verifies them; you get one current, human-checked list of every medicine, with refills prepared before they run out.
Is PURE Care a pharmacy?
No. We are an organising service, not a pharmacy and not a medical provider. We keep the record straight and prepare the refill; the medicines themselves come from a licensed pharmacy, and nothing is ordered without your written approval each time.
Do you give medical advice?
Never. We organise and explain — what a term on a report means, when a medicine is due, what the document itself concluded. We never diagnose, never recommend a treatment and never change a dose. Those decisions belong to your parent's doctor, every time.
What does it cost?
Full care is a monthly subscription; pricing opens alongside the waitlist in September. The medicines-only tier costs nothing to use — you pay only for the medicines. Join the waitlist and we'll send the figures before we ask you for anything.
Which cities do you serve?
We're opening to twenty families in September and choosing the first cities from where waitlist demand actually is. Tell us where your parents live when you join — it genuinely affects the order we open in.
Can I use it from abroad?
Yes, and that is who it was built for. You manage everything from your phone, in your timezone; your parents don't need to use an app at all. The evening call stops being a checklist and goes back to being a call.
Is my parent's data safe?
Prescriptions and reports sit in private storage, reachable only by you and our care team, and every file is traced to a patient before it is served. We never share your family's information with anyone and we never sell it. Nothing is ever hard-deleted, so nothing is lost by accident.
Can you help us pay less for the same medicines?
Often, yes. Where a lower-cost medicine of the same composition exists, we show you the option — and you check it with your parent's doctor before anything changes. We never substitute a medicine ourselves. Families often bring the monthly bill down this way.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We email you straight away with a guide worth reading. We open to families a few at a time, in order, and we write when it's your turn. Nothing is charged, and nothing about your parents is asked for, until then.

Twenty families in September.

We're opening a few at a time, so every family gets a person rather than a queue. Join the list and we'll come to you in order — and send you something useful while you wait.

This is where we'll write.

Include the country code if you're outside India.

Optional — it helps us decide where to open first.
